Our reception hall is designed with your comfort in mind. It's climate-controlled to ensure a pleasant atmosphere regardless of the weather outside. The hall has a capacity of 295 guests and spans a total of 7800 SF, including our fully appointed bridal and groom suites. For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, we also have a patio equipped with high tops and seating, perfect for cocktail hour. Plus, we offer bar service outside during the cocktail hour and have a designated indoor bar service for the reception.

While our all-inclusive package provides a range of services, we understand the importance of personal touches. You're welcome to bring in your own vendors for elements not covered in our package, such as photography and videography. However, for services included in our package, we recommend using our trusted partners to ensure consistency and quality.
Can we bring in our own vendors, or do we have to use the ones you recommend?
Our all-inclusive wedding package covers a wide range of services to ensure your day is seamless. This includes decor, setup, catering, cake, bar service, DJ and lighting, chairs, tables, and outdoor ceremony decorations. While we provide all essentials, certain elements like photography, videography, officiant, guest book, favors, bouquets & boutonnieres, and day-of insurance are for couples to customize.
What is included in the all-inclusive wedding package?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If there's inclement weather on your wedding day, rest assured that the ceremony will be moved indoors to our climate-controlled reception hall. This ensures that your special day goes on without a hitch, come rain or shine.
What happens if there's inclement weather on our wedding day?
We offer a comprehensive bar service, both outside during the cocktail hour and inside for the reception. Our package includes a selection of 2 beers, 2 wines, and 2 signature drinks. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted, and all bar services are managed by our in-house team to ensure a seamless experience.
What is the policy on alcohol and bar service at Cow Creek Farm?
Yes, we have ample parking space for all your guests. Additionally, our venue is designed to be accessible, ensuring that all guests, including those with mobility challenges, can comfortably enjoy the festivities.
Is there parking available for guests? And are there any accessibility features?
You'll have access to the bridal and groom suites starting at 10 am. The rental duration for both the ceremony and reception is 5 hours. Please note that all events must conclude by 9:30 pm to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
What are the timings for accessing the venue on the wedding day?
